Operation Foundation Stone
Every year we hold Operation Foundation Stone, an outdoor practical leadership course. These pictures are from the course held in November 2003.
During the course cadets take in turns to lead the team and solve practical problems.
On some courses you have to pretend that something nasty will happen if you fall over, on these exercises there is no need to pretend!
Of course the secret of leadership is to keep you team motivated!
